Important Notes Before Ordering:

  1. Each item is sold individually, not as a set. Please select quantity if you want more than one.
  2. Handmade product. Minor imperfections are to be expected. Please consider before purchasing. All products are photographed without filters or beauty enhancements.

  3. I. Our Commitment: In the following scenarios, we will handle it for you unconditionally:

    【Incorrect/Missing Items】: The goods you received do not match the model, color, or quantity you ordered. (Please contact us to verify within 24 hours of signing for the delivery.)

    II. We kindly ask for your understanding that returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated in the following situations:

    【Personal Subjective Reasons】:
    Reasons such as "don't like it," "different from what I imagined," or "color difference" (which may occur slightly due to different monitors or lighting conditions).
    "Size doesn't fit" (Please carefully check the size guide we provide before purchasing).
    "Feel it's not worth the price."

    【Used or Damaged Goods】: Goods that have been used, worn, washed, or have sustained any damage caused by human factors unrelated to quality issues.

    【Default Completion Clause】: Please inspect the goods promptly within 48 hours of receipt. Should any issues exist (e.g., shipping damage, incorrect/missing items, etc.), you must contact us within this period and provide valid proof (such as photos or videos). If no issues are raised within 48 hours, we will assume you are satisfied with the order and consider it successfully completed. Thereafter, related return or exchange requests will not be accepted. Placing an order signifies your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
